Role Overview
As a Marketing and Promotions Associate, you will work directly with and report to the Marketing Manager. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, customer engagement, and brand promotion while supporting sales initiatives. This role involves participating in product knowledge training, attending team meetings, and providing direct customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with customer interactions and sales support.
- Support the launch of new campaigns and product promotions.
- Accurately input customer data and maintain sales records.
- Learn and apply product knowledge in customer interactions and marketing initiatives.
- Develop leadership, coaching, and training skills with opportunities for advancement.
