Job Description
Job Summary
• Our legal team seeks applicants with 5 years of Personal Injury experience to apply for positions available working with our General Counsel, CEO, and Operations Team
General Responsibilities
• Apply an understanding of all aspects of personal injury case preparation and negotiations to our operations generally and our legal department functions specifically
• Work with attorneys and paralegals whose practices are in several states, including California, Oregon and Texas, as their cases are prepared for settlement or trial
Build knowledge of our client processes
Assist in investigating, evaluating and managing information related to pre-litigation and litigation matters in order to serve our client needs
Build working relationships with law firms, attorneys and paralegals locally and elsewhere
Work with our legal team to resolve issues in the management of cases as they are escalated to our legal department
Job Qualifications
• Education: BS or BA Degree in Paralegal Studies, Certificate in Paralegal Studies
• Experience: Experience with Personal Injury and/or Auto Insurance Processes

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
