Job Expectations and Competencies:
- Responsible for overseeing all catering and outside restaurant sales.
- Passion for hospitality and event creation.
- Oversee and coordinate all catered events from set-up to tear down, including handling all communication with staff and guests.
- Communicate daily with management and chef teams.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Proactive community engagement and event scouting.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Food safety and inventory management.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years event coordination
- 2-3 years management experience

Salary Range: $35,000-$45,000 with sales percentage bonus
