Position Overview:
Paravicini’s Italian Bistro is seeking enthusiastic To-Go Specialists to join our dynamic team! We have immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions. As a To-Go Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by efficiently processing orders and delivering them with warmth and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Engage with guests in a warm and hospitable manner, ensuring a memorable experience with every interaction.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process orders received via phone, in-person, and through various delivery apps such as DoorDash, ChowNow, and GrubHub.
- Communication: Collaborate with Managers On Duty and kitchen staff to accurately estimate pick-up and delivery times, ensuring timely service.
- POS Operation: Utilize Toast POS system to input orders accurately and handle payments securely.
- Order Organization: Thoroughly organize orders, ensuring completeness and including all necessary items (utensils, napkins, bread, condiments, etc.).
- Delivery: Execute timely and professional deliveries within a designated radius of 5 miles, maintaining the quality of food during transport.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the designated work area, including stocking supplies and performing ongoing cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
