Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Technician, located on-site in St. Petersburg, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. They will also be responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring that all facilities are in good working order. Additional tasks may include general building maintenance and upkeep, responding to maintenance requests, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair and maintenance
- Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems
- Experience in performing preventive maintenance tasks and ensuring facility upkeep
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing
- Prior experience in a similar maintenance role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
