The Lead Concierge assures the delivery of an exemplary level of service to residents and visitors by supervising the concierge team in proper telephone and hospitality skills. The Lead Concierge works directly with residents, community managers, and ParcCare to coordinate service schedule and has responsibility for assisting residents as needed about the property. The Lead Concierge is a goodwill ambassador and must always present a cheerful, helpful attitude in his / her work with the public.

- Available to work 7am-3pm shift, 3pm-11pm shift and WEEKENDS / HOLIDAYS as needed.
SALARY : 16.00 / hr
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft OfficeExcellent customer service skillsExceptional ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in an extremely dynamic environmentEffective problem-solving skills and strong desire to help those who have questions and problemsAbility to interact and build relationships with older adultsAbility to convey a positive and professional image to residents, family members, visitors and co-workersESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following :
Staff the front desk, answer multi-line telephone, respond to calls for assistance by residents, prospects and the general public and dealing as needed with various activities for the good of the residentsAvailable to work 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and WEEKENDS as needed.Assist Business Office Manager with training of new front desk staffAssist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families, and guests including activities calls for tripsMonitor quality assurance in common areas such as public restrooms, game rooms, library, lobby, media room, laundry rooms, dining rooms, and other community areasEnsure safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activityComplete daily check-in procedureInform supervisor of any resident issues or concernsAssist residents and staff in solving problemsCreate and maintain an environment for residents, families, and guests that is customer friendly. Must respect and value the uniqueness of each individualGreet visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional mannerSupport and assist the resident-centered activity programsTrack and record data that is reflected on resident accounts (i.e., additional services, meals, etc.) Double check dates and amounts; make sure to turn in all ancillary slips and spreadsheets on the 25th of each monthREQUIRED COMPETENCIES :

Working hours are as agreed with the Business Office Manager. Weekend duty can be expectedAbility to sit and type at a computer terminal for long periods of time utilizing close vision to review reports anddocuments
