What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining Bartender position at Parc Detroit?
We are looking for motivated, hardworking, and passionate Bartenders with incredibly high standards, to join the Iconic Collection team.
The Iconic Collection consists of big name restaurants throughout Downtown Detroit such as Parc, Anchor Bar, Fountain Detroit, and Cadillac Lodge. We also have 220 Merrill and Rose Room in Birmingham. We are excited about the opportunity of you possibly joining our Iconic team.
Responsibilities
· Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
· Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
· Plan and present bar menu
· Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
· Wine knowledge is required
· Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
· Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
· Computer literacy
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
· ServSafe Food Handler certification required
· Mixology and menu creation experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
