Full-Time Day Housekeeping

Job Summary:

The Housekeeper is responsible for the daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas and other assigned areas for helping to maintain a safe and secure community for the residents. Each employee makes a significant contribution to our success in fulfilling our mission to safely provide the highest quality services possible.

Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas daily.

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe, scrub, and polish through the community.

• Clean sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets per prescribed sanitation standards.

• Use all equipment and chemicals in the correct manner to ensure maximum cleanliness.

• Use, understand and follow Safety Data Sheets and create and maintain a safe work environment.

Shift

• 6:30 am-2:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Experience in housekeeping preferred.

• Ability to understand and follow directions.

• Experience in hospital or nursing home a plus.

• Ability to be professional and provide excellent customer service.
