Who We are Looking For:
- Two years of experience in a service, hospitality, or sales industry.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to warmly greet patients, manage inquires, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Providing empathetic and personalized patient care.
- Attention to Detail: meticulous in maintaining accurate patient records, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and cyber security standards.
