Parco Ltd/ROC Taproom is seeking an Information Technology Professional to join our staff in Dubuque, Iowa. This is a full-time position. Responsible for support of Computers, Printers, Registers, Servers, Order Confirmation Displays, TV’s, Camera Systems and software applications.
Parco Ltd/ROC Taproom has 29 locations in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Minnesota.
· Troubleshoot problems and advise appropriate actions
· Provide assistance to all locations via phone, remote access, email, travel
· Working with Help Desks, ISP’s and Firewall to resolve issues.
· Hardware and Software issues
· Setting and Install of new equipment and allowing smooth transitions
