Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring proper planting techniques are followed.
- Execute hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Dig trenches for irrigation systems or planting beds as required.
- Carry out tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Support groundskeeping efforts by keeping areas clean and free of debris.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for maintaining equipment effectively.
- Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely, including mowers and snow plows.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and hardscaping practices.
