Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide field service for appliance repairs at customer locations
- Assemble and install appliances as needed
- Perform equipment repairs following manufacturer's specifications
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and diagnose appliance issues
- Deliver appliances to customer homes using a box truck
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout all interactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing appliances
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a field service environment
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients professionally
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for delivery purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.58 - $27.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
