What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Clinicians - AMFT, ASW, LCSW, LMFT position at Parent Solutions?
The ideal candidate will be license eligible holding an AMFT, ASW, LCSW, LMFT clinician to practice mental health services in California. This person shall provide mental health and therapy services to children, adults, and families and some who may be involved with court, medi-cal, Child Protective Services, or other community providers in our San Jose office. We provide paid training and offer a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will speak spanish and be able to work from 11-8 pm approximately up to about 20 hours per week. We have a collaborative team of licensed and licensed supervised clinicians who have specialities who are able to best manage the stressors of divorce, special needs, and mental health management.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, to address clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide support for patients experiencing acute mental health issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and support.
- Offer counseling services to individuals, families, and children, with a focus on culturally competent practices, including Spanish-speaking clients.
