At Parents and Children Together, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Counselor Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Lanai Domestic Violence program, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating services, delivering direct client support, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service delivery with staff and other service providers
- Deliver direct client services, including intake and assessment
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
- Oversee record keeping and data management
- Support quality initiatives and program evaluation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- 2 years' experience in domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, or family support
- Valid driver's license and daily access to an automobile
