Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Must be registered with the Board of Behaviors Science (BBS).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a mental health program or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local mental health regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical record systems.
- Familiarity with electronic data management systems and ability to utilize data for program evaluation and improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present reports to diverse audiences.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet additional requirements set by the organization and/or funding sources.
- Experience in non-profits, Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs), grant writing, and contract negotiations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently at offsite locations
- Experience with Medi-Cal documentation is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrate experience and ability to relate to a culturally diverse clientele and staff.
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter. Works well in team collaboration.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable as the program continues to grow
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with various personalities, displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude

- Conduct regular training and development programs for clinical staff.
