Here’s How You’ll Make a Difference:
1. Clinical Medical Assistant
• Work hands-on to assess patients’ health, perform triage, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, and assist with in-office procedures like pap smears and minor surgeries.
• Order tests such as blood work, mammograms, and colonoscopies—empowering patients to take control of their health.
• Renew medications based on established protocols and build lasting relationships with patients to support their long-term care.
2. Quality Medical Assistant (Chronic Care Management Practitioner - CCMP)
• Be the driving force behind improving patient care by focusing on key quality measures like colonoscopies, mammograms, and medication adherence.
• Collaborate directly with our Medical Director to close care gaps and implement process improvements that have a tangible impact on patient outcomes.
• Take charge of coordinating care for patients recently discharged from the Emergency Room or recently hospitalized—ensuring they get the follow-up care they need to thrive.
3. Front Office Specialist (Patient Engagement Specialist)
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for our patients as you greet, room, and assist them throughout their visit.
• Manage patient communications, including insurance eligibility checks, appointment scheduling, and answering questions about care.
• Be the bridge between our clinical team and our patients, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

• Positive Attitude & Strong Communication: You’re an excellent communicator who’s always ready to learn and work well with a team.

• Experience & Skills: For the Quality Medical Assistant role, one year of experience is preferred, but not required. Certification is not mandatory, though CPR certification is a must. EMR experience is a plus!

What You Need to Apply:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Previous experience with EMR systems or taking vital signs is a plus
• CPR certification (Required)
