POSITION : Senior Financial Analyst
LOCATION : Peachtree City, GA
Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for comprehensive Rebate and Pricing Management and Control, including rebate financial modeling and accounting. The role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Accounting to drive financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include Sales, COGS, and Margin analysis, Budgeting (Sales, COGS, Gross Margin, OPEX), and supporting corporate finance functions through special projects and ad hoc reporting.
- Manage rebate contracts, charges, and adjustments in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of payout requests to Accounting.
- Build and implement preventative and compensatory controls into the Rebate management process, from recording rebate contracts to managing accruals to payments.
- Design efficient processes to integrate data from multiple sources into robust Excel models. Propose and contribute to automation projects into Cognos or Power BI.
- Conduct pricing variance analysis, margin contribution reports (MCRs), and financial reporting on a monthly basis.
- Assist with the annual budget preparation for Sales, COGS, Gross Margin, and OPEX across various departments and locations.
- Develop and maintain pricing models for Product Managers, providing detailed financial insights to support pricing strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, and other stakeholders to align financial insights with business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancements in financial reporting and analysis.
