This hybrid role offers the opportunity to drive key decision-making processes in stop-loss underwriting while contributing to a growing, dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets related to stop-loss insurance, including claims, premium payments, and policy details.
- Use advanced tools like Excel SQL , and Tableau to identify trends, risks, and areas for operational improvement.
- Create reports and data visualizations that guide underwriting decisions and pricing strategies.
- Track performance metrics for stop-loss policies and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
