Position Summary :
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to have an impact on a high-growth, fast-paced organization? As ParetoHealth continues to grow and enhance our underwriting processes, we are seeking a data-driven Setup Team Associate to play a pivotal role in delivering our 2025 goals for new business and renewals.
In this role, you will work closely with Account Management and Sales to ensure all required materials are received for each of our clients / prospects. You will also collaborate day-to-day with Underwriters to expedite cases for the next stage. Your efforts will be essential in delivering accurate, efficient results that support our clients and maintain our high standards of service. This role is critical to supporting our continued growth in 2025 and offers the ability to grow within the organization over time.
Key Responsibilities :
Communication and Coordination
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Associates to ensure complete and accurate materials are received for renewals and new business quotes.
- Respond to inquiries related to data validation and provide support when required.
- Collaborate with Underwriters to ensure cases are queued appropriately and ready for the next stage.
