Key responsibilities:
- Convert cartoon sets to construction drawings
- File documents electronically and physically for projects
- Conduct site surveys of existing conditions and for construction administration.
- Draft drawings for projects
- Assist in putting together presentation
- Adhere to a budget and timeline for work being completed
- Develop skills and take guidance
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design or a Master’s degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of and ability to navigate Microsoft office products
- Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to get to and from sites reliably
