What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Consultant position at Paretti Family of Dealerships?
Paretti Collision Center is a family-owned organization that has been in the New Orleans area for 90 years. We are looking for a Customer Consultant to join our customer focused team.
- Primary for writing all initial estimates for walk ins, dealership referrals and glass estimates (using OEM EPC and procedures)
- Primary for consultations to determine if a supplement is needed before scheduling repairs and if out of pocket exposure exists
- Create 1 supplement and follow up until received and notify customer of outcome
- Educate customers on manufacturer standard repairs vs. market standard repairs
- Schedule estimate and drop off appointments in CCC calendar
- Open RO's in CDK
- Convert CCC into RO using CDK RO #
- Create Repair Plan in CCC and make sure it is in the correct status
- Responsibilities related to check in and delivery process
- Introduce customer to blueprinting team and set expectations for who and when to expect communication from
- Take payments (pre-payments for part deposits, final payments at pick up)
- Provide status updates daily, with the expectation that all customers are updated within the work week at least once
- Set up tow's
- Assist customer with removal of belongings on total losses
- Take payments from salvage vendors and assist with the salvage pick up
- Assist with creating advance charges for Copart/IAA pick up
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers based on their needs
