**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to company recipes and standards.

- Ensure consistency in product quality, appearance, and taste.

- Manage daily production schedules and ensure timely preparation of baked goods.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.

- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies as needed.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Training Requirement:**

- **Mandatory initial training** at our corporate headquarters in New Jersey for **1 month**. We provide **lodging** and **full pay** during this period. This hands-on training is essential for understanding our unique baking processes and maintaining the high standards of Paris Baguette.
