Job Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for creating a delightful experience for our guests. Your duties will include:

• Preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages following standard recipes.
• Serving pastries, sandwiches, and other menu items with care and attention.
• Engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and product recommendations.
• Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café area.
• Restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a café or food service environment (preferred, but not required).
• Is passionate about coffee, baking, and customer service.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and thrives on teamwork.
• Is reliable, punctual, and has strong attention to detail.
• Can work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
