WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY
We are seeking a seasoned Franchise Sales Manager
to manage and execute the growth and development of our franchise brand. This
position will be responsible for building a franchise development pipeline,
franchisee recruitment, relationship management with shareholders and
franchisees and coaching franchisees through our franchise discovery process.
Our ideal candidate is a key sales leader who can provide and ensure the
company’s short and long term growth strategy.
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage
all facets of the franchise sales and development process at Paris Baguette,
including lead generation, FDD disclosures, organizing all key introductions
and meetings, hosting discovery days or brand overview calls, through awarding
a franchise.
and support franchisees as needed through the entire development process from
initial contact to store opening.
National franchise growth strategy related to new franchise sales and store
openings.
franchise development pipeline in selected markets that consistently maintains
a sufficient inventory of qualified new franchise prospects to meet the
Company’s short / long term growth strategy.
analytical skills to organize and analyze market data to prioritize potential
major markets and to assess potential new franchise development opportunities.
franchise recruitment strategies, processes and tools to develop strong
relationships with franchise candidates and franchisees.
closely with the real estate team to ensure a proper hand off for continued great
support and continuity.
closely with Legal as needed, to ensure accuracy with the ADA and FDD
documents.
trade shows and conferences as needed to meet with prospective franchisees.
other related tasks, duties and special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
degree preferred
5-7 years of experience with franchise sales and development in the
food / consumer / hospitality segment.
to guide franchise prospects through the franchising process from lead to
executed agreement
understanding and knowledge of franchise law and Franchise Disclosure Documents
thinking skills with the ability to balance the day-to-day tactical realities
with long-term objectives
Food and Beverage Industry experience required
knowledge of CRM Platform FranConnect
adaptive, upbeat, open and visible work style, with a successful track record
of supporting operations leaders across a large geographically decentralized
portfolio.
