What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Team Member position at Paris Baguette - Upper Dublin?
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to work overnight or early morning shift (Start time between 2AM to 4AM)
- Assist with overnight baking, pastries, and bread
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches, salads and other grab-and-go items
- Decorate pastries to meet quality and aesthetic standards
- Support kitchen prep work: mixing, portioning, packaging, and labeling
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers for smooth workflow
- Completes various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste
- Maintains daily par levels and restocks station orders set up orders
- Clean and sanitizes refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.
- Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Must be available for early morning shifts (start between 2:00–4:00 AM)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Comfortable working in all areas of a commercial kitchen
- Prior kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
