EXPECTATIONS
As a Baker, you will oversee kitchen operations and production tasks, including baking, recipe preparation, and dessert assembly to company standard. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and organized workspace to ensure a high standard for both employees and customers. Ideal candidates are passionate about baking, quality, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a commitment to workplace safety.
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow our recipes accurately and consistently, bake our items to company’s standards
- Fry donuts, apply toppings, and decorate pastries and breads as needed
- Perform general oven duties, including monitoring dough conditioners and baking times
- Scale, shape, and bake various breads, loaves, and pastries
- Follow sanitation procedures, ensuring workstation and kitchen cleanliness
- Organize and prepare materials and ingredients for daily production
- Receive store deliveries, ingredients and supplies in an orderly manner
- Inform supervisors of equipment issues and manage inventory as needed
- Complete records and reports on production, usage, and waste
- Familiarity with food safety, labeling, and nutritional information
QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience in Baking preferred
-Food Handler’s Certificate
-Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Wage
