Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service environment. You will be responsible for food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $8.50 - $13.50 per hour
