Job Overview:
Paris Baguette is growing again locally and looking for an energetic and dedicated General Manager to oversee our brand new bakery-café in the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food and customer service, with strong leadership skills to manage daily operations effectively.
Duties:
-Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
-Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service. Foster teamwork and resolve any staff issues.
-Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience, addressing concerns and ensuring the quality of products and service.
-Sales & Profitability: Monitor sales, manage costs, and implement strategies to achieve store profitability. Handle cash management and daily financial reporting.
-Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste.
-Compliance: Ensure that all company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws are strictly followed.
