WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

Our Sandwich/Salad Team Members are true masters of their crafts. Under this role, you will be responsible for preparing sandwiches, salads and sauces. The ideal candidate will help to achieve our mission to bring expertly crafted baked and brewed goods to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensure sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers
• Complete various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste
• Order product and materials, as necessary
• Maintain daily par levels and restock station
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.
• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Experience in food handling.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
