Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks within our café and retail environment, making you an integral part of our operations.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with food preparation in the café area, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing and promotions effectively.
• Address customer inquiries and provide help as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong cash handling skills, with experience operating a cash register preferred.
• Familiarity with café or restaurant environments is a plus.
• Ability to engage in upselling and collaboration sales techniques.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial.
• Proficiency in retail math for effective pricing and promotions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
