Position Purpose Summary: Perform necessary freezer warehouse duties to ensure product is moved, stored, and shipped safety and efficiently.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
- Responsible to pull, inspect, stage, and load outbound orders (no broken pallets, no damaged product, correct quantity, record lot numbers and properly labeled)
- Maintain constant communication with others on finished production staging
- Clearly complete all required documents
- Knowledge of customer requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Broad knowledge and experience in forklift operations
- Above average skills in warehouse knowledge; attendance
- Excellent skills in communication; addition, subtraction; attention to details; sense of urgency; accuracy; time management and teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a computer and forklift, identify how trailer should be loaded (size, spread or regular axle); work in other departments; work with limited supervision; read, write, speak English
- General knowledge of forklift, pallet jack & reach truck

Education and Experience:
- Years of Experience: 1 year or greater
- Other: Forklift Certified
- Working in and around a RACKED environment preferred
Physical Demands of the Position:
- While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to stand, reach with arms and hands, stoop, crouch and lift in excess of 50 lbs. Vision abilities required by this job include color recognition and attention to detail. This job may require working a minimum of 10 hours per shift with the flexibility to extend working hours as required.
- Ability to work and succeed in a FREEZER Environment
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Extended periods of physical vibration and moderate to high noise levels are normal. Employee will be required to work in a cold environment that is approximately 40 degrees or lower.

Follows all provisions of Paris Foods GMP, Food Safety and Food Defense procedures and processes.
Takes ownership of their role in the company’s GMP, Food Safety and Food Defense Programs by identifying and elevating any observations in violation of the policies.
