Position Purpose Summary: Production Line Associates inspect, package and label while maintaining a clean and contaminant free worksite. In addition, will need to be responsible to maintain and operate certain equipment. i.e.: forklift. Applicable department/area of responsibility training to be completed and maintained
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
- Inspect and remove all product that is not up to quality standards
- Operate the 20 lb line
- Ensure all products are packaged correctly.
- Ensure product is labeled correctly
- Follow SOP’s and safety standards
- Follow GMP rules and Federal and State regulations
- ADDITIONAL PROD LINE ASSOC 2 REQUIREMENTS:
- Setup, operate, and maintain production line equipment

Physical Demands of the Position:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee must possess manual dexterity required for using hand tools and operating machinery; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
Work Environment:
- While performing duties of this position, the employee will be exposed to wet and slippery floors, occasionally moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud; variable temperatures of both heat and cold.
GMP Requirements:
Follows all provisions of Paris Foods GMP, Food Safety and Food Defense procedures and processes.
Takes ownership of their role in the company’s GMP, Food Safety and Food Defense Programs by identifying and elevating any observations in violation of the policies.
