Our Nurse Residency is a 12-month program designed to help new RN graduates transition into clinical practice with confidence and competence. Combining the gold standard of evidence-based training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, the residency develops clinical skills, critical thinking, and leadership. As a nurse resident joining our team, you’ll build a foundation to thrive in your healthcare career.

Qualifications and requirements
Prior to starting, applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Less than one year of nursing experience
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
- ASLS certification
