Job Description
This position provides specialized care to patients recovering from surgical procedures and managing chronic illnesses. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems and the ability to monitor patients closely, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement personalized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' health status and detect any changes or complications.
- Administer medications and assist with bedside procedures as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
Qualifications:
- A current state RN license.
- An associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
