What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Specialist position at Parish Tractor?
Parish Tractor Company, LLC is more than just a tractor company! We have locations across the Southeast each staffed with an amazing team. We are looking to add a full-time Sales and Product Support Specialist to assist management with implementing our sales programs, CRM follow-up, and monitoring inventory to improve and maximize customer satisfaction of our agriculture, turf, and construction equipment.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Maintain knowledge and understanding of sales programs, promotions, programs etc. related to the sale of equipment and ensure teams are properly trained.
· Dailey reviews and ensures continuous follow-through on all CRM leads.
· Monthly monitoring of inventory and aging equipment
· Assist with evaluating preowned trade values.
· Ensure the accuracy of equipment pricing
· Track KPIs and sales performance metrics.
