Compliance Business Analyst - Biofuels

Paritas is working with a leading IT Consultancy who are looking for a Compliance Business Analyst with experience in biofuel compliance which is very critical for this role.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in biofuels compliance, with expertise in RFS and state fuel programs (LCFS, CFP, CFS).
- In-depth knowledge of EPA regulations, RIN markets, LCFS credits, and fuel pathway certification processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in regulatory reporting and data management.
- Familiarity with biofuel feedstocks, production pathways, and life-cycle emissions analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with regulators and industry stakeholders.
- Proficiency in compliance software and data management tools.
- Experience working with biofuel producers, traders, or obligated parties.
- Knowledge of voluntary carbon markets and sustainability reporting.
- Certification in regulatory compliance or environmental law is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
