Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning:
- Develop and design comprehensive lesson plans that align with the specific needs and goals of each student.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching materials, such as textbooks, online resources, and authentic cultural materials to enhance learning.
- Instruction and Facilitation:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Spanish lessons, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Employ a communicative approach to language teaching, encouraging students to actively participate in conversations and practical language exercises.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and track their progress over time.
- Provide constructive feedback on areas of improvement and develop strategies to address individual learning challenges.
