DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure safe operation of waterslides, and water features by maintaining focus on slide area, Guests, and fellow lifeguards at all times
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Enforce and verbally communicate all safety rules and regulations of the water slides and features
- Test and complete safety paperwork daily
- Assist guests on the water slides and water features as necessary
- Friendly and outgoing personality and interacting with guests
- Provide Guest Service according to company standards
- Uphold and deliver all company and department values, policies, and procedures
- Works to maintain a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment
- Recognize and respond quickly and effectively in emergencies according to the Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
- Assists with the cleanliness of the waterpark
