Spa Manager - Aesthetic & Wellness Center

Are you an experienced leader passionate about luxury wellness and aesthetics? Our high-end aesthetic and wellness center, under the guidance of a board-certified plastic surgeon, is seeking a Spa Manager to elevate client experiences and oversee day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of licensed professionals to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism in all interactions.
- Client Experience:
- Ensure seamless client experiences, from scheduling to post-treatment follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with poise and a solution-oriented approach.
- Operations Oversight:
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to align services with the center’s vision.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Drive service and product sales, implementing promotional campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in spa. Plastic surgery or wellness center management, ideally in a high-end or medical setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge in marketing and social media platforms
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics or wellness services is a plus.
