Salary: Up to $55 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage resident/patient care and staff activities during your shift.
- Oversee care plans and use appropriate teaching methods.
- Supervise, instruct, and evaluate nursing personnel.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with the Unit Manager.
- Maintain records to meet regulatory requirements and audit documentation.
- Prepare statistics and reports for Nursing Administration.
- Handle medical emergencies and contact appropriate personnel.
- Counsel staff on performance issues.
- Complete assessments and obtain physician orders for new admissions.
Requirements:
- Current CPR Card
- Proven track record as an LTC RN Supervisor
- Valid NYS RN License
