Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supervising daily office activities and supporting various departments as needed.
Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage HR functions for offices in Rochester, NY and Naples, FL, including payroll, 401k, health coverage, tracking staff PTO, hiring, etc.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, particularly in HR.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties, including data entry and document management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to supervise staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
