Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a high volume of personal injury cases while ensuring exceptional quality of work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adept at multitasking, and excel in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Focus on file maintenance and details, negotiations, and disbursement.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and support, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the case process.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files, including medical records and legal documents. Ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational procedures.
- Medical Coordination: Work with medical professionals to obtain records, schedule appointments, and understand the impact of injuries on clients’ lives. Manage medical treatment and billing processes.
- Legal and Administrative Duties: Coordinate with attorneys on case strategies, prepare legal documents, and assist in depositions. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and court coordination.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment and supporting the team’s overall goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury case manager or attorney.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of case activity while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard software such as Word, Excel, Email, and general computer knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
