We are seeking a highly motivated accountant with outstanding organizational skills, ability to multi-task and produce high quality work.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Accounts Payable
- Keep Vendor Worker's Compensation Certificates Current
- Employee on-boarding paperwork
- Cash Receipts
- Bank Deposits
- Keep filing up to date
REQUIREMENTS
- Three to Five years accounting experience
- Possess a solid understanding of general accepted accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Proficient in Quick Books Online
- Detail oriented and organized
- Team player, flexible and willing to assist other departments
