Job Description Job Description Park Coastal Surveying, LLC is a Small Business Service-Disabled Veteran owned business thatis seeking to add an experienced and motivated Survey Party Chief to ourteam. Potential candidates must be willing to work in a team atmosphere, possess a strong work ethic and have comprehensive understanding of the surveying industry. We are not your typical land surveying company. We are a full-service Surveying company that surveys in all different settings. One day you could be on the boat or beach and the next day you could be on a Constuction site or nature reserve.Duties and Responsibilities : Work as a member of a survey crew performing boundary, topography, ALTA / NSPS, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clientsExisting conditions verification to ensure the reliability of survey by others matches information used for design.Communicate with management and field personnel, in a positive manner, to maximize efforts related scope, and budget.Always represent the company in a professional manner.Position Requirements : Able to manage survey crew and communicate with clients, and other personnel to ensure efficient and successful project completion.Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading survey field crews.Experience with utility mapping, construction staking, and as-built surveys.Knowledge of data collector, robotic total station, GPS, and automatic levels for data collection, with the ability to adapt to new equipment and technologies.Ability to work outside in all seasonsValid Driver’s licenseMust pass drug screenApplicant must be organized, punctual, and accountableSchedule : Monday to FridayWeekends as neededTravel opportunities around FLHourly rate is negotiable based on experience.
