ABOUT THE ROLE

The Entry-Level Reports Developer & Data Analyst position is for someone looking for detail-oriented, analytical problem-solvers who enjoy working with data, learning new skills, and creating meaningful reports with SQL and SSRS reporting tools. Whether you’re a recent graduate, career changer, or someone with a knack for organization and technology, this contract-to-hire role offers hands-on training in data reporting, SQL, and business intelligence tools.  

You’ll start by learning how to analyze data, create reports, and work with teams to deliver solutions. Over time, you’ll gain experience in client collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving—building a strong foundation for a career in data analytics, business intelligence, or technology consulting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Learn & Develop - Receive training in SQL and SSRS reporting tools—no prior experience required
• Work with Data - Organize, analyze, and visualize data to support our client's operations
• Report Creation - Develop queries and reports that transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Problem-Solving - Apply critical thinking and past learning to troubleshoot and improve deliverables
• Collaborate with Teams - Work closely with internal teams and, over time, interact with clients
• Stay Organized - Document findings, track and report progress, and manage tasks effectively
• Continuous Learning - Grow technical and professional skills with mentorship and real-world projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a preference in STEM (or equivalent courses or work experiences)
  
• Familiarity with Excel, databases, or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, etc.)
• Interest in technology, data analytics, business intelligence, and consulting
• Must be willing to work evening and weekends
• Must be willing to commute to Irvine, CA (Relocation is not provided for this position)
