Summary: Under the direction of the Recreation Supervisor, the Early Childhood Enrichment Aide is responsible for the supervision of child participants in ParkSchool.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the instruction and leadership of children in a fun environment while teaching specific class requirements.
- Provide a safe nurturing environment.
- Work within an approved program budget.
- Develop new and unique program ideas.
- Assist with development and marketing of new ideas.
- Maintain a clean and safe activity room.
- Maintain and organized schedule.
- Provide positive and professional communication with customers.
- Report any problems, unsafe conditions, behavior issues and accidents to the instructor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain an organized schedule.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High school Graduate or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Classification: Part time, non-exempt
