Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Immediate Care APRN to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, treating acute conditions, managing chronic illnesses, and promoting overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate/urgent care services, including diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and minor injuries.
- Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health system.
- Adhere to FQHC guidelines and policies to provide equitable healthcare to all patients.

Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted APRN license in Kentucky.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in urgent care, primary care, or a similar setting preferred.
