Job Description
- Assist project manager with contract administration
- Oversee the preparation, collection and delivery of monthly owner billings by the accounting team
- Manage all trade partner requirements including insurance compliance and tracking, obtaining required lien releases and maintenance of NTO log, assist submitting monthly pay applications through Procore and review required documentation to ensure proper payment
- Preparation of weekly project required reports for distribution to the project accounting and leadership teams as directed by the CFO
- Responsible for project compliance with insurance, bonding and affordable housing program requirements
- Support controller during insurance audits and cost certifications

Requirements for this position
- Construction accounting experience
- Detail oriented mindset with a self-starter attitude
- Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive, high energy, and eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, extremely high-growth company
- Ability to communicate professionally with various team members including the Project Management Team, the Accounting Team, Trade Partners, Owners, Architects and other Business Partners clearly and professionally
- Experience with AIA documents, lien waivers, NTOs
- Knowledge of Florida lien law
- Familiar with affordable housing programs - Davis Bacon, Section 3, HUD
Position Preferences
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Acumatica software experience
- Procore or other project management software experience
