Job Description: We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing director to lead marketing efforts and drive growth. Exceptional communication skills, engagement with team and patients is a must. Being the cheerleader and ambassador to the practice and bring enthusiasm to the team also. Having a passion for the healthcare industry is a plus. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients, retain existing ones and enhance our brand presence.
Job Responsibilities:
*Develop and work with existing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns meeting deadlines working closely with doctor owner.
* Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing.
* Oversea the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and advertisements
* Coordinate and promote community outreach events and patient education programs.
* Analyze market trends and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive and patient centered messaging.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives with ROI. .
* Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Qualifications: Degree or experience in Marketing Business for 1 year, preferably in healthcare or dental industry. Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
