Front Desk Gym Agent

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role will also include doing or weekly social media post and a once a month news letter . This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are a friendly local gym and looking for a persona who is down to hearth and good at multitasking. Having a background in social media , canva is a huge plus.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Process payments and manage cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all stock is replenished as needed.
• Promote gym services through upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Conduct walk tours for guests when applicable, showcasing available services or amenities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any issues that arise during their stay.
• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to demonstrate effective supervising skills when overseeing front desk operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to every guest.
• Social media experince, basic graphic experience such as adobe or canva.
